Hey ladies,
Training for the 8 nations will begin next Sunday, 17th, in Herbert Park. It is on from 11-2pm and is open to every female player in Ireland!
Myself and Fiona will be going over the basics of ultimate including...
* throwing (lots of it!)
* throwing with a defender open and breakside
* dumping in 2-5 offense
* dumping in 3-4 offense
If you are keen to brush up on your skills or improve on what you already know then this session is for you!
It will be kicking off on the dot of 11 so have the boots on and ready to go. Also anyone up for taking over pickup? Show them how its done?!
