LMS Training Monday Nights in Clontarf

Hi All,

Just to note that LMS training will be running nearly every Monday night for the next few months on flood lit 3G pitches. These sessions are open to everyone, and most will be run by Lucy Barnes (2nd at UPA Nationals, 4th in World Clubs with Brute Squad) who has a wealth of experience and new ideas to Irish Ultimate. Especially for the months of Jan and Feb we will be focusing on essential skills for ultimate. Sessions will generally involve quick warm ups, skills focused drills, and a short game at the end.

Details are

When: Mondays
Where: Clontarf astro pitches (I can't believe its not grass, rubber-based 3G- boots preferable to runners)
Time: 8.30pm sharp (so we are warmed up and ready to take pitch at 9 until 10)
What to bring: usuals- warm clothes, waterproofs, runners for the warm up, white and dark jersey, plenty of water and a disc!
Payment: 3 euro per person
