Hello everyone!

For those who are feeling the post-Tom's Tourney blues - can't wait for more?!
For those of you that sat at home jealously - dying to get out and play some frisbee?

(too cheesy?...nah....)

Finola and I (Windmill Windup captains) are thinking of having a training session this Sunday. It will be fairly light so don't worry if you're still limping after the weekend. Also the perfect study break!

If we're really stuck for numbers for any reason, we'll just start a bit later, do some throwing and drills and then take over pickup at 14:00!

Pending work I'll be there, will prob find out tomorrow if Im off Sunday or not. Also pending knee. For those interested it is 100 times better then it was, just think it needs some rest. If I play Sunday I'll be starting my warm up at 11 to make sure it okay cyclops

Just to confirm that training is on tomorrow from 12:00. Would be good to have a few extra people there so come along even if you haven't signed up and drag any of the other girls along too!
